Ingredients
½ Head White Cabbage
6 large Carrots
6 Broccoli Spears
3-6 Mint leaves or to taste
1 Cup Tahini
1 T Black Sesame Seeds
½ cup Banana Peppers or Pepperoncinis
1 T. Dijon Mustard
½ C Apple Cider Vinegar
2T. Maple Syrup
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Shred or julienne all vegetables.
- Mix vegetables with all other ingredients.
- Let marinate for an hour before being served.
