Ingredients
12 oz Pasta we used tri colored
1 can Chic Peas drained
1 Red Peppered Diced
1 cup Cherry Peppers (we cut ours in half)
1 Cup Baby Cucumbers sliced
½ C Kalamata Olives
½ C Thin sliced Red Onion
3 T. Fresh Dill Rough Chop
½ T. Red Pepper Flakes
Tahini Sauce
1/3 C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/3 C. Water
1 Lemon Juiced
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
½ t Salt
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Add all Tahini dressing ingredients to bowl and whisk. After cooking the pasta we let it cool. Once cool add to bowl with dressing and all vegetables.
- As we mentioned this salad can be finished and served hot or cold.
