Ingredients
1 15oz can of Chickpeas
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 cup liquid from the chickpea can
2 tbsp. Mighty Sesame Tahini
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (a NutraBullet also works well for this).
- Adjust the consistency as needed by adding a little water to thin it out or more Mighty Sesame Tahini to thicken it.
