Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa
½ Cup Harissa Tahini
2T Fresh Parsley Chopped
2T Fresh Cilantro Chopped
1T Fresh Dill Chopped
1 can Chickpeas
1 can Black Beans
Shredded Carrots
½ tsp. Cumin
½ tsp Coriander
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Kosher salt
Directions
- Make your Quinoa as package instructs.
- In mixing bowl starting with your fresh ingredients Parsley, Cilantro and Dill mix all ingredients with Quinoa.
- Once mixed add your beans and Chickpeas and carrots.
- Now add all your dry ingredients Cumin, Coriander, Salt and Pepper.
- Once all ingredients are mixed make lettuce wraps using the Romaine lettuce.
- Once wraps are made drizzle Mighty Sesame Harissa Tahini over each wrap.
