Ingredients
1 pound large Shrimp 16/20
1 T. olive oil
4 cloves Dorot garlic minced
3 T. Tahini
1 T. Lime zest
4 T. Lime Juice
1 T Dorot Turmeric
2 t Sriracha Chili Sc.
1 t. Ground Black Pepper
3 T. Butter
1/2 C. Cilantro Chopped
4 T. Scallions
Directions
- Cook Shrimp in large pot until half way done as you will add to rest of ingredients to finish cooking.
- Mix Tahini, oil, lime zest and juice, sriracha, and pepper in bowl. Mix well.
- Heat butter in large skillet. Add Turmeric Lime Tahini sauce. Let cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add shrimp to continue to cook until done. Don’t over cook..
- Mix well.
- Add Cilantro and Scallions for taste and garnish.
