Dry Marinade for Chicken:
1T Cumin
1T Coriander
1T Smoked Paprika
2 T Chopped fresh Thyme
1 T Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 T Salt
Yogurt Tahini Sauce:
¾ C Low fat Yogurt
½ C Tahini
2T Honey
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2T Chopped Cilantro
½ Squeezed Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Other Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Thighs cut into strips
3 lg. Onions shredded
1 head Cabbage Shredded
Directions
- Sauté Chicken in olive oil and butter until done.
- Sauté Cabbage and onions until done.
- Add all Yogurt Tahini sauce ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Serve it anyway you like, today we put it all inside a pita. Or you can put on top of salad or make a panini!
