Ingredients
1 medium head Cauliflower
2T. Olive Oil
½ C Harissa Tahini
½ Bunch Fresh Dill
½ Bunch Fresh Mint
1 T Fresh Garlic
1 Tsp Sm. Paprika
½ Tsp. Coriander
½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
½ Tsp. Pepper
1 squeezed Lemon Juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl combine cauliflower florets, olive oil and kosher salt.
- Toss to cover all cauliflower then spread out on sheet pan and cook for 20-25 minutes. Towards the end of the cooking time you may want to use the broiler in the oven to brown some of the cauliflower for flavor and plate presentation.
- Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk until mixed. Add water if dressing is too thick, add more Tahini if dressing is too thin.
- In large bowl mix dressing with cauliflower.
- Garnish with fresh Dill and Mint.
