Ingredients:
6-8 large kale leaves
Olive oil spray
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
Juice of half a lime
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Water
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
- Wash kale and blot it dry with a paper towel. Remove center vein of each kale lead with a knife and place leaves on large baking sheet. Spray with olive oil on both sides, messaging in oil and then sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes, until it's crispy, but not burnt. Remove and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, make tahini dip by whisking the tahini with lime juice, salt, chili powder and garlic powder. Whisk in water until achieve a creamy consistency.
- Serve kale chips with tahini dip.
