Wet Ingredients
½ cup Mighty Sesame tahini
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup maple syrup
½ cup chocolate syrup
Dry Ingredients
2 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
½ cup pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Toppings
Chocolate chips
Peanut butter chips
Shredded coconut
Directions
- Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Spread flat on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 325°F.
- Pull the cookie sheet from the oven, add toppings—chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and shredded coconut.
- Put back into the oven to melt the chips and brown the coconut.
- Serve in a bowl with fruit or yogurt, or both!
