Salad Ingredients
1 C. Quinoa uncooked
1 C. Shredded Carrots
1 C. Thin Sliced Red Cabbage
½ C. Red Onion Thinly Sliced
1/3 C. Rough Cut Cilantro
Tahini Miso Sauce Ingredients
2 T Miso
½ Cup Mighty Sesame Organic Tahini
Directions
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
- Pour the Tahini/Miso mix over the salad
- Mix well.
- This salad can be served hot or cold!
