Chili Chicken Noodle Salad



½ lb Lo Mien Noodles (Cooked)
1/2lbs Chicken Breast Julienned (sautéed with Sesame Oil Salt and Pepper to taste)
½ Head cabbage shredded (Blanched)
3 Large carrots Shredded (Blanched)
10-20 Brussels sprouts (Blanched)
2 Red Onion Sliced
1T Sesame Oil


Tahini Dressing Ingredients:

½ Cup Tahini
¼ C. water
2T Soy Sc.
2T Sesame Oil
1T Sweet Chili Sauce
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes


  1. Cook Noodles and chicken - cool down immediately after cooking.
  2. Blanch all your vegetables Carrots, Cabbage and Brussel Sprouts (immediately into ice bath to stop the cooking process also to maintain the color of the vegetables keeping them bright and fresh looking.
  3. Tahini dressing: Mix Tahini and water to establish consistency of Tahini. Then add Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Sweet Chili Paste and Red Pepper Flakes. Thouroghly mix. Prepare to pour over all ingredients of salad.
  4. Once all ingredients are cooked mix with Tahini Dressing and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
