Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. espresso powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tblsp. maple syrup
10-oz. dark chocolate, chopped
Marshmallows for topping
Directions
- Bring the milk to a simmer in a large saucepan on medium heat and whisk in the rest of the ingredients except the marshmallows.
- Whisk as it comes to a simmer. Once bubbling, turn off the heat.
- Pour into mugs and top with the marshmallows.
- Use a blowtorch to roast marshmallows or serve as is.
