2 Tblsp. coconut oil, divided
3/4 C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/4 C. honey
3 C. rice cereal
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat a small saucepan on low heat and add 1 Tblsp. coconut oil, Mighty Sesame Tahini, and honey. Whisk until combined and warm. Do not bring to a simmer.
- Pour rice cereal into a large bowl and toss with the tahini mixture. Spread in a greased 8x8 pan and press down.
- Melt the remaining coconut oil in another saucepan on low heat and add chocolate chips. Mix until melted. Pour and spread on top of the rice crispy. Sprinkle with some flake salt and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Cut into squares and serve.
