2 cups cooked chickpeas plus 1/2 cup reserved cooking water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
Ready to eat chickpeas or additional cooked chickpeas
Mighty Sesame Tahini
Olive oil, for drizzling
¼ cup Parsley
- Place all the hummus ingredients except the cooking water in a food processor and blend till smooth. Add the water gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
- With a tablespoon, spread the hummus in circular fashion on a plate. Place chickpeas in the center, drizzle with tahini, olive oil and chopped parsley.
