Chicken Thighs (3) and Breast (3) or use a Rotisserie Chicken
2/3 C. Tahini
1 freshly Squeezed Lemon
½ bag of Sugar Snap Peas diced
¼ C Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 T. Olive Oil
½ C Water
3 Garlic Cloves Diced or Dorot Gardens
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
- Make your favorite Tahini Recipe… Mixing tahini, water, Lemon Juice, Garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Once tahini is made and seasoned add in the chicken, Snap Peas and Peppers, mix well.
- Serve over salad or in pita. Top with Toasted Sesame Seeds.
