Meet Chef Gregg C! Gregg grew up in a family restaurant cooking, waiting tables, and being the cashier. When it was time for college Gregg decided to attend Johnson and Wales University and pursue a degree in Culinary Arts/ hotel & restaurant management. After graduating Chef Gregg worked in a several different kitchens in New Jersey and Manhattan including Country Clubs, hotels and restaurants. Gregg stayed in the kitchen for 12+ years.
